Water Aerobics offers a fun, no sweat effective exercise. It is a nice way to trim, tone, and stay limber! Water Aerobics minimizes
strain on your body because the water cushions your muscles as you work out. This class is held in the shallow end of the pool, so
swimming ability is not necessary and the pool steps make it accessible. No registration required, pay at the door when you attend,
senior citizens age 60+ pay half price. (No water aerobics 12/24, 12/31.)
