Water Aerobics offers a fun, “No Sweat”, effective exercise. It’s a nice way to trim, tone, and stay limber!
Water Aerobics minimizes strain on your body because the water cushions your muscles as you work out. The
class is held in the shallow end of the pool, so no swimming ability is necessary. The pool steps make it easily
accessible. This is a drop in class, no registration required, pay at the door when you attend, senior citizens 60+ pay half price.
