Cardio and Strength Mix Fitness Class | Adult Enrichment

This class will provide a complete body experience. The workouts will include both cardio and strength intervals. It is designed for functional fitness using both body weight and elastic tubing. Some resistance equipment will be available, but please bring your own if you have it. Please wear comfortable workout clothes including appropriate footwear. Bring a mat, your water bottle, and your energy!! There will be two separate 4 week sessions of this class. Drop ins are welcome ($10.00 per time), but we must have a minimum of 5 registered participants in order for this class to run.
